shipping method?
We ship using UPS
Standard shipping. Your package will usually arrive within
3-5 business days. For those on the West Coast, your package will
usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
How
much does Stella Nova charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $10.
What if I need my package
quickly?
We are happy to rush your package! Please
note that if you place an online order past 12PM, the order will not be
processed until the next business day. If the package is
being rushed, the additional
charges are as follows:
UPS 2-Day ($26)
UPS Overnight ($36)
UPS Overnight
Saturday Delivery ($40)
How
much does Stella Nova
charge to ship to Hawaii?
If the package is
being shipped to Hawaii, there is an additional
charge of $16.

much does Stella Nova
charge to ship to Canada?
If the package is being shipped to Canada, there is an additional
charge of $20.
Does Stella Nova ship
internationally?
Yes, however, due to many different international exporting rules, we
must contact you via email regarding exact shipping costs
after receiving your online order. During checkout, you will select
International as the Shipping Method. Again, exact cost is based on the
country to which the package is being shipped. You will not be charged
by us until the exact shipping cost is determined. Please email
us
with questions you may have about this process.
What is Stella Nova's
sales tax policy for
deliveries?
We
are required to collect sales tax for deliveries in South
Carolina. For deliveries outside of South Carolina, sales tax
is not collected.
What is Stella Nova's
return policy?
Unfortunately, we can NOT accept
returns on:

you
would like to return a product that does not fall into these
categories, we will be happy to send a replacement product(s) of your
choice. Please ship your package back to us and include your original
receipt, the reason for the return and what you would like us to
exchange it for. Shipping and handling fees are not
refundable on returns.

Upon request, we are happy to wrap anything you choose, complimentary!
